Your coach will guide you in exploring and implementing habits that fit your life, while sharing practical, evidence-based guidance for healthy lifestyle practices related to sleep, stress management, nutrition, and movement. It's a collaborative process, focused on what works for you.

Single Coaching Session
Extended post-test consultation and development of a personalized health action plan with a National Board Certified Health & Wellness Coach. (1 hour)
- Review your DEXA, RMR, or VO₂ max results together
- Set a personal 3-month goal that matters to you
- Identify 2–3 specific habits to support that goal
- Create a realistic plan that fits your lifestyle
- Build in support for overcoming obstacles and celebrating success
- Get clear on your "why" and what truly motivates you

Coaching Package (4+ Sessions)
In-person or virtual sessions with a National Board Certified Health & Wellness Coach. Choose weekly or biweekly sessions based on your needs. (1 hour + 30-minute follow up sessions)
- Includes everything from the Single Coaching Session: test review, 3-month goal-setting, habit planning, and action steps
- Continue with follow up sessions to stay focused, adjust your plan as needed, and celebrate progress

Health coaching is a client-led, collaborative process that helps you turn the insights you gain from Dexafit testing into real, sustainable change. Your coach helps you make sense of your DEXA, RMR, or VO₂ max data and use that insight to set personalized goals. Coaching focuses on building sustainable habits, guided by evidence-based recommendations for nutrition, movement, sleep, and stress management—based on what matters most to you and your unique health journey.
Coaching isn't about handing you a set of rules—it's about co-creating a plan that works for you. You and your coach will work together to build a clear, personalized approach to nutrition, movement, and other lifestyle habits. The plan is specific and actionable—shaped by your goals, preferences, and what feels realistic for your life—not prescribed by the coach.
The single session is a one-time, 60-minute consult that includes reviewing your test results and co-creating a personalized action plan with your coach. After the session, you'll be responsible for putting your plan into action and tracking your own progress. The coaching package, on the other hand, includes everything in the single, 60-minute session, plus ongoing weekly or biweekly sessions that offer continued support, accountability, habit-building, and adjustments to your plan over time to help you stay on track and build lasting change.
