Our Coaching Approach
Coaching sessions are all about helping you make realistic, lasting changes—not handing out prescriptive dietary plans or workout routines. Your coach will guide you in exploring and implementing habits that fit your life, while sharing practical, evidence-based guidance for healthy lifestyle practices related to sleep, stress management, nutrition, and movement. It's a collaborative process, focused on what works for you.
Our Services

Single Coaching Session
Extended post-test consultation and development of a personalized health action plan with a National Board Certified Health & Wellness Coach. (1 hour)
- Review your DEXA, RMR, or VO₂ max results together
- Set a personal 3-month goal that matters to you
- Identify 2–3 specific habits to support that goal
- Create a realistic plan that fits your lifestyle
- Build in support for overcoming obstacles and celebrating success
- Get clear on your 'why' and what truly motivates you

Coaching Package (4+ Sessions)
In-person or virtual sessions with a National Board Certified Health & Wellness Coach. Choose weekly or biweekly sessions based on your needs. (1 hour + 30-minute follow up sessions)
- Includes everything from the Single Coaching Session: test review, 3-month goal-setting, habit planning, and action steps
- Continue with follow up sessions to stay focused, adjust your plan as needed, and celebrate progress
